Jazz It Up Opening Reception

Cajun cocktail/dinner party featuring music by Bunk Johnson Brazz Band. Cajun delicacies prepared by “Cajun Aces” Chefs Cody and Samantha Carroll. Local seafood and other tasty south Louisiana dishes will be offered in the gardens of Shadows-on-the-Teche, a National Trust for Historic Preservation site. In the event of inclement weather the event will be held at The Sliman Theater, 129 East Main. Sponsored by Iberia Preservation Alliance and Shadows on the
Teche.

Passed Hors d’oeuvres: Crawfish & Mushroom Tarts & Seafood Canapes

Buffet Line: Southern Fried Chicken prepared on site by Chef Alex Patout, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Macque Choux and Crawfish Quattro Formaggi Pasta prepared on-site by Chefs Samantha and Cody Carroll
