Readers’ Theater: In the Electric Mist with Confederate Dead

The Readers’ Theater has been an integral part of the literary festival since the very beginning. The actors will present on stage dialog and narration from “In the Electric Mist with Confederate Dead” by New Iberia’s celebrated author James Lee Burke. This book has a special meaning to the town due to the fact that the movie was filmed right here in New Iberia.
